R&D&I
The APELLANIZ GROUP has an R+D+I department, with a team prepared for research and development.
Our team has a clear objective: to continuously acquire knowledge that helps to create products, processes and improve existing ones.
Prepared to carry out UNDER PLANE PARTS and the necessary tests to guarantee that these comply with the indispensable physical-technical characteristics to carry out the function that our client needs. This enables us to provide a COMPETITIVE and EFFECTIVE response.

In compliance with the UNE- EN ISO 1461:2010 standard.In order to achieve maximum cleanliness throughout the process and to ensure perfect adherence of the coating, the galvanising division has the most complete technical-chemical systems that guarantee a high level of finish.
The installation is equipped with a specific centrifugation area, which allows the galvanising of chains, automotive parts, tips, screws and any threaded part, however demanding it may be.
Thanks to our own LABORATORY AND QUALITY CONTROL, products are constantly monitored in the pickling area, baths and galvanised parts.
