A glance at the figures gives an idea of the magnitude of the project, whose development will include 640,000 m2 of industrial park, 235,000 m2 of offices, 220,000 m2 of tertiary uses and 855,000 m2 of open and green spaces. The area also foresees the construction of more than 22,000 homes, of which around 7,000 will be affordable and 4,300 social housing, of which 3,800 will be municipally developed.
