BUPRE supplies the precast concrete cover gutters for the construction of the railway platform for the Amuso-Osorno section in Palencia.
The Amusco-Osorno section is a key part of the Palencia-Aguilar de Campoo High Speed Line (HSL), a fundamental project to improve the railway connection between Cantabria and the Meseta. With an extension of almost 22 km, this section crosses the municipalities of Amusco, Támara de Campos, Frómista, Marcilla de Campos and Osorno, facilitating a significant reduction in travel times and improving the railway infrastructure of the region.

At BUPRE we are proud to have contributed to this work by supplying 400×290 mm precast concrete gutters with cover. These elements comply with the ADIF Technical Specification 03.305.001.4_ED1 M1 + M2, "Prefabricated Concrete Cable Ducts". ensuring its quality and adaptability to the demanding standards of the railway sector.

Consisting of a body, as a support base, and two perpendicular walls, BUPRE's prefabricated trunking is designed to provide a safe and efficient solution for trunking electrical wiring.
They are fitted with a BUPRE prefabricated concrete cover, embedded in the body of the chute, which allows its correct adjustment and protection, thus guaranteeing the safety and functionality of the railway infrastructure. In addition, the transversal walls of the trough, open in the centre, have a tongue and groove system that facilitates their assembly. In this way, the troughs are laid parallel to the track and are fitted with 2 covers for each trough, which, after installation, are completely aligned and flush with the track.
To optimise installation, we have a gutter manipulator, designed by our technical department to guarantee precision and speed in the installation of both single and double-span gutters.
